A slew of heads of state and government, from rich or poor countries, including Brazilian Lula, German Olaf Scholz, South African Cyril Ramaphosa, Chinese Premier Li Qiang or UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres are meeting in Paris this Thursday, at the Brongniart palace and then at the Élysée for dinner, on the occasion of a summit for a new financial pact.
