Marketing of a new neighborhood in Lod kicks off: The government company Dira Lehashikir, the Israel Land Authority and the Ministry of Construction and Housing announced today the completion of the marketing of a project in the new “International Quarter” neighborhood in the city of Lod. The Ashtrom Group won the tender and will pay NIS 263 million for the land.

As part of the project, Ashtrom will build 300 units for long-term rent for a period of 15 years, of which 50% of the apartments will be at a reduced price for those eligible (in the lottery).

The complex is part of a new neighborhood that includes 11,500 housing units, commercial and employment areas and a significant amount of open spaces and public buildings on an area of ​​1,610 dunams in the west of the city. The neighborhood is accessible and includes a dedicated train station (Ganei Aviv station) 40, using Highway 200, which runs along the neighborhood.
