The last three months are left until EA’s popular soccer game will no longer be called FIFA and meanwhile a lot of rumors are emerging regarding the new title EA Sports FC. Today (Friday) another list of innovations was revealed for the Ultimate Team mode, which will make the experience from it special.

The most interesting change is the FUT Academy, which will allow coaches to grow players and improve them during the season instead of buying new players each time. How It Works? During the season, challenges will be launched, the completion of which will lead to receiving upgrades that increase the attributes of a certain player and, of course, his overall rating. This way you can start with a player with a low rating and turn him into a club legend as you progress in the Ultimate Team, test as well as in the career mode.

Another change is the positions. If in the games of the past few years it was possible to switch to specific positions only, this time you will have the possibility to place your players in their possible positions freely and without having to switch positions every time. Pretty convenient, isn’t it?

Apart from that, and as it was already leaked some time ago, women’s football is coming to the Ultimate Team. Initially it was claimed that it would be possible to play with combined groups of men and women, but at the moment it is not really clear whether there will be a different mode that will include only women. In any case, the Women’s World Cup that is about to be launched will also be included in FIFA 23 and will be a sort of first tool test before the release of the new title.
