At a time when French prisons are overcrowded, Emmanuel Macron wants to send a message. On the occasion of his three-day visit scheduled for Marseille next week, the President of the Republic will visit one of the construction sites of the Baumettes prison under construction, according to information from Provence which we are able to confirm.
Monday, which will launch the Head of State’s visit to Marseille, will be devoted to security. 73,080 prisoners in France, a record
