3 – Allergy patients are advised to avoid places, times, businesses and foods that trigger allergies, such as avoiding direct exposure to sunlight and avoiding crowds.

4 – Some allergy medications may cause drowsiness, so you should pay attention to this while driving.

The Riyadh Health Assembly indicated that the patient may suffer from excessive sensitivity to some substances in the environment, such as fumes, dust, foods, chemicals, and others.

He also pointed out that allergies may affect any part of the body, as it can affect the skin and may affect the eyes and nose (called allergic rhinitis and eyes), and may affect the chest (called asthma).

The assembly warned that this may increase during the Hajj or Umrah season. This is due to crowds, dust, dust, heat and car exhausts.
