As part of the events dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the Armenia-Kansas partnership, the representatives of the US state of Kansas, led by Adjutant General, Guard Commander, Brigadier General Michael Venerdi, visited the Central Clinical Military Hospital of the Ministry of Defense. This is reported by the RA Ministry of Defense.
They were received at the hospital by the head of the military medical department of the RA Armed Forces, Colonel Gegham Pashikyan.
The delegation toured the hospital, got acquainted with the possibilities of the hospital, as well as the capabilities of the mobile field hospital operating as part of the service and the preparations for its international evaluation.
During the visit, the achievements of cooperation in the field of military medicine were summarized, the importance of further expansion of partnership and the directions of military medicine of the most interest for cooperation were emphasized.
The band of the US National Guard performed for the servicemen receiving treatment in the hospital.
