The First Section of the Provincial Court of Seville has issued an order in which it agrees to suspend for a period of five years the execution of the custodial sentence imposed by the ERE case on the former president of the Junta de Andalucía José Antonio Griñán due to the illness that he suffers, according to an order notified today Monday to the parties in person and against which an appeal can be filed.
