Service shop – Celesc – Credit: Heda Wenzel, Celesc
Celesc (CLSC3)(CLSC4) will distribute BRL 46,269,819.22 in interest on equity credit for the second quarter of this year. The amount corresponds to the ratio of R$ 1.131954644 per common share (ON) and R$ 1.245150108 per preferred share (PN).
Investors positioned on an equity basis will be entitled to credits next Friday, June 30th.
The date and form of payment will be decided in due course by the board of directors or at a general meeting.
However, the company went ahead and published that the credits will be distributed in two installments, with a maximum term of December 30, 2024:
– the first installment (50%): R$ 23,134,909.61 – R$ 0.565977322 per common share and R$ 0.622575054 per preferred share; It is
– the second installment (50%): R$ 23,134,909.61 – R$ 0.565977322 per common share and R$ 0.622575054 per preferred share.
