Riga Three days after the aborted Wagner uprising, Belarusian ruler Alexander Lukashenko presented his view of the chaotic situation in neighboring Russia – and voiced criticism of Kremlin chief Vladimir Putin. Lukashenko admitted it was “painful” to watch events in southern Russia.
