Tsikhanovskaya said that Belarusians are against the presence of Russian troops, mercenaries and weapons. This placement is illegal, said Tsikhanovskaya, who asked Charles Michel to raise the issue of Belarus during the meeting of the European Council, which begins its work on July 29.

Tsikhanovskaya also talked about the work of the United Transitional Cabinet and democratic forces, noted the need to support Belarusians who oppose the regime of Lukashenka and Putin.

Valer Kovalevsky emphasized the importance of active political communications of the EU and its members about the situation in Belarus and called for practical actions to support the efforts of Belarusians in the struggle for the liberation of Belarus from the dictatorship and the Russian military presence.

Pavel Latushka drew attention to the need for sanctions against Lukashenka and his entourage, both for crimes against humanity and complicity in military aggression.
