The City of Culture of Santiago de Compostela welcomed more than 300 people linked to the entity and the 12 associations that make it up. The Galician associative movement has spent decades working to defend the rights and improve the quality of life of people with mental health problems and their families. In this meeting, the work that is carried out every day in favor of autonomy and social integration was valued of these people. The achievements of launching, throughout these years, multiple devices, projects and resources that respond to the needs that the group had and that were not covered were also highlighted. Between the more than 300 people who attended the meeting were relatives, people with mental health problems and working people, who were accompanied by the actress and monologist Lucía Veiga, in charge of conducting the event.
