“Avoid being a victim of extortion, fraud and threats!!!”, warns the agency and issues some recommendations.

Avoid downloading applications that are not regulated by the CONDUSEF (National Commission for the Protection and Defense of Users of Financial Services)
DO NOT share your personal information such as INE AND BANK DATA.
If you came to apply for a loan, do not fall into illegal collections, block messages and calls and notify your contacts.
Remove the applications and REPORT.
