The 57th world player Grégoire Barrère beat Miomir Kecmanovic Thursday in the quarter-finals in Eastbourne (7-5, 7-6 (7/2)).

Grégoire Barrère, 57th in the world, qualified for the semi-finals of the Eastbourne grass tournament on Thursday by beating Serbian Miomir Kecmanovic (41st) 7-5, 7-6 (7/2).

At 29, the Frenchman will play his first half on the ATP circuit and will face the American JJ Wolf (46th) or his compatriot Tommy Paul (17th) on Friday to try to go further.
