Which is logical: we are on the huge wastewater treatment plant of the city of Barcelona, ​​between the airport and the capital of Catalonia.

The site extends over more than a kilometer in length. The water passes first through twelve “biological reactors”, which allow the biological degradation of wastewater through the injection of air, then through fourteen large circular pools to separate the biomass. In all, 300,000 m3 of water are treated every day, corresponding to an agglomeration of 2.2 million inhabitants.
