Riots: employers ask for state aid for ransacked businesses

The three French employers’ organizations are stepping up to the plate. They demanded this Monday from the State more support for traders and entrepreneurs who have been victims of the urban riots of recent days.

Bruno Le Maire had asked insurers last Saturday to extend reporting deadlines, reduce deductibles and quickly compensate affected professionals. The Minister of the Economy had also announced that the deferral of payment of social and tax charges for companies in difficulty would also be possible.
