FSP has announced the series Hydro PTM X Pro of high power power supplies based on the ATX 3.0 specification and featuring a 12VHPWR or PCIe 5.0 connector. They will be sold in 850W, 1000W and 1200W wattages, in a small 150mm × 130mm × 86mm format. They are 80 PLUS Platinum certified, with cooling focused on a 120mm fan with stop mode below 30% load.
Its configuration is a single 12 V channel that can deliver up to the power indicated by each model. They have been designed with Japanese capacitors of 450 V and 105 ºC. They include protections against overcurrent (OCP), overloads (OPP), overtemperature (OTP), overvoltage (OVP) and short circuits (SCP). They include cables that provide an ATX connector, two 4+4-pin EPS, four molex, four 6+2-pin PCIe, the aforementioned 12VHPWR, and twelve SATA.
