A spin-off from Technicolor, Vantiva has been an independent company since September 2022. Its specialty? Ultra-high-speed connection: boxes, routers, modems, software… The group is present in 20 countries and has 5,300 employees. It achieved a turnover of 2.8 billion euros in 2022. Its managing director, Luis Martinez-Amago (61 years old, telecoms engineer from La Salle University and graduate of IESE in Barcelona), is a former Alcatel-Lucent, which he chaired in China and for the EMEA zone. Lars Ihlen (48 years old, master’s degree in business and economics at the Norwegian Business School in Oslo, Norway) leads the financial department. With twenty-five years of experience at Nokia and Alcatel, Francois Allain (56, Telecom Bretagne) is Chief Operating Officer and Deputy President of the Connected Home division. Passed by Carrefour, Castorama, Algeco, Bruno Roqueplo (67 years old, Mines Nancy, IFP, degrees from the universities of Houston and Paris-Descartes) chairs the Supply Chain Solutions division. Leopold Diouf (59 years old, Institut des sciences et technologies de Grenoble and MBA at the University of Denver), ex-Nokia, is senior vice-president and heads the Products division. He founded iControl Networks, a platform acquired by Comcast in 2017. Jean Ferre (55 years old, Polytechnique, Mines ParisTech and master’s degree in science, business and management at Dauphine), graduated from BCG, is director of innovation, marketing and strategy.
