Upcoming Intel processors would have an iGPU like a 35W GTX 1650 Ti or RTX 3050

Intel is preparing two series of processors for later this quarter or early fourth, one of which will include Meteor Lake processors under the “Ultra” nomenclature, and the other would be a Raptor Lake refresh. The thing for now is not very clear in terms of specific models and final nomenclature. Be that as it may, the Meteor Lake will include an iGPU chiplet manufactured at 4 nm by TSMC that will have substantially more graphics power. According to a Chinese manufacturer of mini-PCs, it would go from a GTX 1650 Ti to an RTX 3050.

In both cases I am referring to the NVIDIA mobility models, with a configuration of 35 W of consumption, but that would be a great increase in graphic power. More than double in terms of compute, because it would go from the 2.15 TFLOPS of the current Iris Xe G7 of 96 compute units (768 shaders) to double, 192 UC (1536 shaders) with at least 4.3 TFLOPS, which was probably more because the Turbo frequency would be more than 1350 MHz, plus graphics architecture improvements.
