This photographic image shows rubbish dumped in the middle of the street and in front of the small square that bears the name of Saint John Paul II, a saint much loved by all. Where this dump is, there was a container placed by the municipality of Rivadavia. But, unknown criminals, for the mere fact of causing damage, set it on fire and this container disintegrated, since the entire structure was made of plastic as they all are. This dump generates environmental pollution, attracts vermin and is also an infectious source that causes diseases. On behalf of the residents of the area, we ask the Municipality to place another garbage container and to arbitrate the measures, together with the police and the Justice, to catch these criminals who harm the entire community.
