The personal data of users of the online store buslik.by, which sells children’s goods, has leaked online, BelTA learned from the National Center for Personal Data Protection.

The leak occurred as a result of unauthorized access to the information system of DPM LLC. The attackers put up for sale a database that contains personal data of more than 220,000 users of this resource, including full names, mobile phone numbers, and email addresses. The center is checking.

Specialists draw attention to the need for prompt information about the incident. In case of violation of personal data protection systems, operators should immediately, but no later than three working days, notify the center about the incident, as well as inform users of the information system about the leak and send recommendations on changing the compromised password from the personal account.

Users of the Internet resource are advised to change passwords or delete accounts.
