The start of the special hearing at the Créteil criminal court in the CaliTerTer de Villejuif case began in a certain chaos on Monday. The 17 defendants were sentenced to sentences ranging from 12 months suspended simple for small hands to six years in prison and 40,000 euros fine for Kirikou. Zinzin, the historic head of Caliweed, the largest drug network in Île-de-France, who presented himself without a lawyer, “so as not to have to pay for their holidays”, as he explained during his argument , sentenced to 5 years in prison. He obtains a partial confusion of his sentence with the ten years in prison which he received during the trial of the first part.

Zinzin took advantage of his last words to apologize to the prosecutor whom he had threatened with death during his requisitions and to the court for his behavior on the first day. “I have sold bars of hash all my life”, recalled this father, refuting to be part “of organized crime. I stayed at the hearing for my children. Detained since 2017, he is only tried for money laundering and participation in a criminal association. The others appeared for drug trafficking. In particular, he teaches him what made Caliweed famous, namely innovative and aggressive digital marketing techniques used to promote his network.
