East Haven, CT – The East Haven Police Department has released its weekly police log, detailing the arrests made between June 28 and July 4. The log provides information about individuals facing various charges ranging from larceny to trespassing and assault.

On June 28, Jarell Marquise Day, 32, of Waterbury, was apprehended and charged with fourth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny, use of drug paraphernalia, interfering with an officer, and violation of probation. Additionally, Kavon Maurice Franklin, 24, of East Haven, was arrested and charged with first-degree criminal trespass and violation of a protective order.

The following day, on June 29, Jonathan M. Perdue, 34, of East Haven, faced charges of first-degree criminal trespass and violation of a protective order. John Francis Williams, 55, also of East Haven, was arrested for third-degree assault, interfering with an emergency call, and disorderly conduct.

Robert Camposano, 33, of Clinton, and Sojournal Musawwir Hodges, 46, of Wethersfield, were apprehended on June 30. Camposano was charged with third-degree larceny, while Hodges faced fourth-degree larceny charges.

Moving on to July 1, Steven Mark Proto, 42, of East Haven, was taken into custody for illegal use of a facsimile firearm, first-degree armed threatening, and disorderly conduct. Meanwhile, Zhaire Aolani Edmonds, 19, and Nazier Jamar Hampton, 20, both of East Haven, were charged with second-degree failure to appear and first-degree criminal trespass and violation of a protective order, respectively.

On July 2, Brian J. Pettis, 41, of New Haven, was arrested for illegal use of a facsimile firearm, illegal possession of a firearm in a motor vehicle, and second-degree breach of peace. In a separate incident, Christopher Graham, 26, of Branford, faced charges of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane.

The log for July 3 includes the arrests of Jason D Keyes, 49, of Coventry, Ronald V. Nason, 40, of Enfield, Ross E. Zeldes, 66, of Hartford, and Rain Lynn Turner, 28, of Stamford. Keyes was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny. Nason faced charges of conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, possession of a controlled substance, interfering with an officer, and second-degree failure to appear. Zeldes and Turner faced charges related to larceny, criminal impersonation, and illegal use of a credit card.
