Lawyer Ludwing Ledesma announced yesterday that he will denounce Evo Morales before the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) for the crime of rape, since he stated that there is sufficient evidence and that two of the victims are willing to testify.
“Do the tests exist? Yes, gentlemen. The trips he took with Miss Noemí, on ene times to Argentina, to the interior of the country, to the Casa Grande del Pueblo, inside the presidential plane and without the presence of her parents, since she was a minor. He couldn’t handle her that way, (those are the tests), if they ask me for tests,” she said.
Ledezma indicated that it was also reported that two minors became pregnant by the former president and gave birth, but the complaint was unsuccessful because Morales had the computer system of all public institutions in his hands.
He announced that in the next few days he will travel to the United States to present the cases before the IACHR for the alleged crimes of sexual abuse, pedophilia and drug trafficking.
The jurist assured that the crimes of abuse of minors do not prescribe and there is sufficient evidence to restart the investigation against Morales. He recalled that at the time photographs were revealed where Morales is seen traveling on the presidential plane with a minor without the presence of his parents.

Former President Evo Morales faced at least three complaints for crimes of rape, pedophilia trafficking and sexual abuse, the same ones that arose in 2020, after revealing an alleged relationship with Noemí M. since she was a minor.
Based on this fact, links between the young woman and her family were found in the “audio case”, her travels and participation in events where political leaders, authorities, leaders and others in Argentina met.
On the occasion, the Government, through the Ministry of Justice, formalized a criminal complaint against Morales, after images of the young woman and the chats in which a loving relationship between the two is noted were made public.
The case was revealed after the young woman was surprised in the department of Cochabamba, together with her relatives, in an official vehicle of the Government of that department. Then the Police reported that the girl had trips to Mexico and Argentina.
After that operation, the Police found the young woman’s chats with Evo Morales on a cell phone. The conversations were revealed by the Spanish journalist Alejandro Entrambasaguas.
