Irini Papadimitriou-Stamboris of Rodiliou was included in the National Cycling Team that will participate in the Youth Olympic days that will be held from July 23 to 29 in Slovakia.
The announcement issued by the Hellenic Cycling Federation states the following:
“Following the recommendation of the federal coach and the National Teams Commissioner and the decision of the EEA Executive Committee, the following sportsmen and women are invited to participate in the Youth Olympic Days in Slovakia on July 23-29.
-Stamatopoulos Andreas- A.S. Alpha Kallithea
– Athina Tsismenaki – POH Talos
-Papadimitriou Stamporis Irini- Cycling Club of Rhodes Rodilios
-Apostolopoulos Eleftherios- The Progress of ASN Voutza Rafina
The above sportsmen and women should make sure they have with them:
-Passport or police ID.
-Sports Card.
-Their bikes and equipment in excellent condition.
In the event that an athlete is unable to participate in the National Team mission, there should be a written notification through his association, with the reasons for refusal documented, bindingly by Monday, 10/7/2023 at 12:00.
All athletes are requested to have completed the responsible declaration through gov.gr which is available on the website of the Federation.
For the details of the movement, the athletes should contact the regent of National Teams Mr. Yiannis Papastamatakis or the federal coaches Manolis Mentakis and Nikos Koumbenakis.
