The joint venture, headed by Erez Yuval, will be held by the companies in equal parts (50%), and will engage in the import, purchase, marketing, distribution, engineering, service and sale of air conditioning products.
The joint venture intends to increase the supply of solutions in the field of air conditioning, including marketing the products of global air conditioning giants and leading suppliers in the world and launching a line of home products and systems for the commercial market in VRF technology and mini VRF, among others, under a private label developed by it.
The cooperation between the companies will create significant value for the joint company, for the entire market and especially for consumers, which combines quality products from leading suppliers and reliable customer service, in accordance with the high standards advocated by Newpan and Danya.
The establishment of the joint venture will enable the expansion of Danya’s activities to additional, tangential and complementary activities to its current areas of activity and will enable Newpan to expand its presence in the air conditioning market in which it has been active for many years. The partnership between the companies, while maximizing the strengths of each of them – Newpan in the field of importing consumer and service products and Danya through accessibility to contracting projects – will lead to a significant advantage and the success of the activity.
According to Newpan estimates, the air conditioning market in Israel generates about NIS 3 billion a year, with about 800,000 new air conditioning systems installed each year. The fastest growing category in the field of air conditioning worldwide and in Israel in particular, is the category of systems based on VRF technology, which allow the connection of multiple indoor units (evaporators) to one outdoor unit (condenser), precise and separate temperature control for each space and room, significant energy savings, expense savings Extremely quiet electricity and operation.
