Police have confirmed that the eldest girl in the family died of burns inside a house in North Paravur. Police have obtained footage of Jithu’s younger sister who went missing. Meanwhile, the post-mortem of the eldest girl was completed. The initial conclusion was that the cause of death was burns. Neighbors saw the fire rising from Shivanandan’s house in North Paravur Peruvaram Prasad yesterday afternoon. The front room was completely burned down. Inside, the body was found unrecognizable. Based on Mala’s locket and her parents’ statement, the police came to the conclusion that the eldest daughter was Vismaya.
