Pursuant to Resolution AD REFERENDUM CONSEPE/UNILAB No. 245, of April 26, 2023, which approves the academic calendar for the academic years 2022 and 2023, on a semester basis, for undergraduate courses at the Universidade da Integração Internacional da Lusofonia Afro- Brasileira (Unilab), the Graduation Solemnity in the 2022.2 academic period, will be in person, scheduled to take place on the day August 03, 2023, for courses offered in Cearáit is day August 9, 2023, for courses offered in Bahia.
Students will only be able to participate in the graduation ceremony if their academic record has all subjects completed, that is, without pending grades, attendance and complementary, internship and extension activities computed.
In addition, and in accordance with Resolution No. 11/2017 of the University Council, the deadline for the defense of the Course Completion Work (TCC) of graduating students enrolled in the aforementioned undergraduate courses must be observed, as may be be verified below in article 21 of the resolution:
Art. 21. The procedures and deadlines for submitting the TCC will be defined by each undergraduate course, respecting the deadline for closing the academic period defined in Unilab’s academic calendar.
The graduating student will only be able to participate in the graduation if he presents proof of legal deposit of the TCC with the presentation of the defense minutes duly signed by the Examining Board and the Negative Declaration of debts (nothing appears) with the Unilab Library System (Sibiuni).
Based on this information, the Pro-Rectory of Graduation (Prograd) requests the forecast of the number of graduates able to participate in the Graduation Ceremony, referring to the Academic Period 2022.2, as well as the information of the representatives of the Graduation Committees, be forwarded to the e-mail address: [email protected], until the 14th of JULY 2023 (for courses in Ceará and Bahia).
In the period indicated in the Calendar below, Annex I, the students must submit to the Course Coordination, the application for graduation together with the complementary documentation
