This Tuesday (11) is a date on which Cubans remember the first spontaneous protests against a regime that has lasted more than six decades in power. The dissident and human rights activist, Manuel Cuesta Morua, like many of his compatriots, has not forgotten that July 11, 2021, when thousands of people took to the streets to denounce the food shortage, the lack of medicine and the frequent cuts energy on the island.
