New episode in the legal battle between rapper Kaaris and his ex-girlfriend. According to our information, this 40-year-old woman residing in the Oise filed a complaint through her lawyer, on June 13, with the public prosecutor of Beauvais (Oise) for “family abandonment”. Separated from the singer since August 2020 and mother of their 6-year-old daughter, Linda P. denounces an “arbitrary and random” payment of the alimony that the artist is supposed to pay her to meet the needs of their child.
“Disdain for his child, contempt for his ex-companion and contempt for court decisions, Kaaris behaves like a prick,” reacts to Parisian Me Adrien Gabeaud, Linda P’s lawyer. According to the complaint, which we were able to consult, 7,500 euros would be missing from the total amount which is around 20,000 euros which Kaaris – Gnakouri Okou of his real name – had to pay over the past nine months for the contribution to the maintenance and education of the child. . However, he is compelled to do so by a decision of a family affairs judge of the Beauvais court dated November 8, 2022, which he did not appeal.
Kaaris’ lawyers denounce an “instrumentalization of justice”

Contacted about this new complaint, Kaaris’ lawyers, My Yassine Maharsi and Yassine Yakouti, announce their intention to file a complaint for “slanderous denunciation”. “It is a stormy separation as many couples know”, they underline, denouncing a “instrumentalization of justice and the media” on the part of Linda P. And to be surprised at the “concomitance of this complaint with the news” of their client, in reference to the opening this Thursday July 13 of the ticket office for a concert by the rapper scheduled at the Accor Arena (Paris XII) on February 29, 2024.
Also targeted by a complaint for domestic violence
In July 2022, Linda P. had already filed a complaint against her ex-companion for acts of violence dating back to January 19, 2021. That day, the forty-something would have burst into the home of the rapper from Sevran (Seine-Saint-Denis ) where she allegedly broke the rear-view mirror of a Fiat 500 belonging to Kaaris’ new partner. In her complaint, she explains that the latter would then have pushed her and forced her to go to the garage, where he would have kicked and punched her as well as a brush.
According to the medical certificate established after the attack, Linda P. would have had her finger unnailed and several bruises including one on the right foot. An episode which will be settled before the correctional court of Évry-Courcouronnes (Essonne) on November 10, 2023, where the artist will be tried for “violence on spouse” in recidivism, with a total interruption of work greater than eight days.
Prosecuted for “home invasion” and “slight damage” Linda P. will appear the same day. On July 21, 2022, the singer had also filed a complaint for slanderous denunciation against Linda P. At the time, the artist’s lawyers denounced a “destruction enterprise” on the part of the latter who would be inhabited by “a spirit of revenge”.
