The group was made up of public agents, civil servants, businessmen and individuals and operated in the Sertão. 86 search and seizure warrants were carried out in the municipalities of Recife, Camaragibe, Caruaru, Arcoverde, Ibimirim, Afogados da Ingazeira, Itacuruba, Inajá and Salgueiro.
