As a case manager, you will be working in Kansligrupp 1 at the Regional Office. The group consists of a group manager, a chief secretary, seven case managers, and two administrators. In this role, you will handle, prepare, and quality-assure documents, prioritize matters, provide support in case management, and coordinate ongoing cases. Additional tasks may also be assigned.

To be eligible for this position, candidates should have experience in handling and/or administrative work. Good computer knowledge and proficiency in Swedish (both written and spoken) are also required. Possessing a B driving license is an added advantage. Knowledge of the authority’s organization, regulations, and the decision-making processes in the police region’s western region is preferred. Furthermore, experience in supporting executives at a strategic level is considered meritorious.

Personal qualities such as being structured, systematic, analytical, and driven are highly valued for this position. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential due to the collaborative nature of the work. Flexibility and the ability to prioritize tasks are also required.
