Belarusbank has a new paid service – sending an application to another bank or ERIP for the return of money erroneously credited to the account. The client will have to pay 23 rubles for one application. Information about this appeared on the bank’s website.
The bank warns that it does not guarantee that the erroneously credited money will be returned back, but declares that it will keep its commission for the service in any case.
Earlier, from May 1, Belarusbank increased the commission for its assistance to customers in returning money erroneously sent to other banks. It has grown from 22 to 27 rubles for each such operation. In this case, Belarusbank notifies the bank to which the money was transferred that this operation was erroneous.
