Petanque World Cup in Benin: where are the preparations?

It’s serious”said Ibrahima Idrissou, president of the CASB on Saturday July 8 in Cotonou during a working session with the national committee in charge of organizing the World Petanque.

“The people of Benin do not feel you and have the impression that nothing is being done”said Ibrahima Idrissou.

Setting up the fields on August 2

The national organizing committee of the championship ensures that the competition will take place on a playground at the esplanade of the monument as planned. The installation of the capitals and other comforting works to be carried out start the day after the national holiday, the military parade of which takes place on the same premises on August 1st.. “The work itself will start on August 2 with the setting up of the land”said Garba Yaya, president of the Beninese Petanque Federation during the exchanges.
