Marseille confirmed, this Friday, the signing of Brazilian winger Renan Lodi, who was appointed to Benfica in this market, thus leaving Atlético de Madrid.
Through an official statement, the French club announced the permanent signing of the Canarinho international, who signed a contract until 2028.
Regarding the amounts involved in the transfer, none of the clubs revealed them, but the international press said that the deal was made for around 13 million euros, with the mattresses still entitled to 20% of a future sale.
Renan Lodi thus ends a four-year stint after being loaned to Nottingham Forest in 2022/23, where he scored a goal and assisted in 32 games on English soil.
