With these words, Claudio Baglioni on social media announces the death of Danilo Minotti, conductor of the Sanremo Festival who has collaborated several times with Baglioni himself in the ‘Dodici Note’ project as conductor but also as guitarist.

Minotti conducted the songs of artists such as Malika Ayane, Erica Mou, Gino Paoli and others in Sanremo and collaborated in the studio with Mia Martini, Eros Ramazzotti, Anna Oxa, Mina, Gianni Morandi, Marcella Bella, Amii Stewart, Emma Marrone and many others. Professor of Pop/Rock Composition and Arrangement at the ‘Nino Rota’ Conservatory in Monopoli, he is also the author of Volume I of the ‘Manual of arrangement and pop orchestration’ edited by Volontè&Co, published in 2013.
