Minotti conducted the songs of artists such as Malika Ayane, Erica Mou, Gino Paoli and others in Sanremo and collaborated in the studio with Mia Martini, Eros Ramazzotti, Anna Oxa, Mina, Gianni Morandi, Marcella Bella, Amii Stewart, Emma Marrone and many others. Professor of Pop/Rock Composition and Arrangement at the ‘Nino Rota’ Conservatory in Monopoli, he is also the author of Volume I of the ‘Manual of arrangement and pop orchestration’ edited by Volontè&Co, published in 2013.
