Hotel Buffet 2023 |Kowloon Shangri-La Cafe Kool has recently changed to a new buffet theme to satisfy seafood fans and you who pursue authentic Hong Kong style. This time, the hotel cooperates with three time-honored local restaurants, including Yung Kee Restaurant, Mak Yee Kee and Shu Kee Yuba, to create a buffet of “international seafood and “Hong Kong style・Hong Kong food”.

In addition to the unlimited supply of whole lobster (dinner), instant oysters, sashimi, grilled meat, international cuisine and frozen seafood, 7 Hong Kong delicacies will be rotated during brunch, lunch and dinner buffets on designated days supply. Various joint delicacies include charcoal char siu from Yung Kee Restaurant, Mak Kee Wonton Noodles, Shu Kee Yuba’s Yuba Ice Cream, etc.

From July 15th to September 9th, and from November 6th to December 31st, the buffet will have Yung Kee Restaurant’s supreme charcoal-grilled fatty char siu rice. It is more sweet and fragrant after grilling with charcoal fire.

From September 10 to November 5, and from January 1 to February 29, 2024, there will be Pan-fried Foie Gras Sausage and Toast at Yung Kee Hotel. Made with homemade high-quality foie gras and premium rose water, it tastes sweet and fragrant and melts in the mouth.

Mak Kee’s noodles are flexible, with fresh ingredients and a sweet soup base. From July 15 to February 29 next year, 4 famous noodles will be launched in rotation.

Shu Kee Yuba was founded in 1942. It specializes in Yuba and various soy products. The best products are selected by hand for sale. It is one of the most famous Yuba stores in Hong Kong.
