Harry Kane “totally committed” to Tottenham Hotspur despite interest from Bayern Munich, says head coach Ange Postecoglou
Tottenham Hotspur head coach Ange Postecoglou has stated that star striker Harry Kane is “totally committed” to the club, even amidst strong interest from German champions Bayern Munich. Speaking before the match, Postecoglou addressed the topic of Kane’s future and their conversations. He stated, “I had a good chat with Harry. As I said before, nothing earth-shattering or defining from I guess what people are seeking. Just a good chat. I introduced myself and we spoke mainly about the club and where he thinks it’s at and where he thinks we can improve things.”
Postecoglou emphasized that Kane is treated like any other player and that he did not inquire about the striker’s intentions upon his arrival. He mentioned that there is still time before the season starts and the transfer window closes, so the situation could still evolve.
When asked about Bayern’s public interest in Kane, Postecoglou expressed that it did not bother him personally and no one from Munich had approached him. He stated, “There are a lot of people that know Harry better than me but he’s not going to get fazed by anything. He’s here and while he’s here, he’s totally committed to what we’re doing.”

Postecoglou confirmed that Lloris will stay at the training ground to prepare for his next opportunity.
