Kolkata: BCCI president Sourav Ganguly has been discharged from hospital after suffering a concussion. Ganguly, who was undergoing treatment at Woodland’s Hospital in Kolkata, was discharged from the hospital on Friday after failing a Omicron variant test.

Ganguly was admitted to Woodland’s Hospital in Kolkata on Monday after Kovid tested positive. Ganguly, 49, was later given monoclonal antibody cocktail therapy.

Hospital officials said his condition was “satisfactory”.

This is Ganguly’s third hospitalization this year. Ganguly, who was admitted to hospital in January this year due to chest pain, was diagnosed with a heart attack. He then underwent angioplasty. Then 20 days later, Ganguly developed a similar chest pain. He underwent a second round of angioplasty.
