The Marketing Manager will collaborate with the Director of Operations, Leasing Manager, and CEO to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for our client’s real estate company. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, promoting our assets, and achieving marketing goals across our portfolio. ???? Duties and responsibilities: – Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, timelines, and budgets for the company’s assets in collaboration with key stakeholders. – Create and deliver effective marketing campaigns, visual media, sign programs, and other online and offline communications. – Monitor and evaluate marketing performance, analyzing data and providing performance reports aligned with KPIs and market-specific targets. – Ensure brand consistency across all marketing activities, adhering to brand standards, trademarks, and regulatory guidelines. – Support property takeover/onboarding process, coordinating website, digital advertising, social media, and ILS advertising launch. – Conduct regular marketing audits, ensuring accuracy and relevance of ILS listings, lead tracking, website content, and paid ad copy. – Drive lead generation and applicant conversion, optimizing marketing strategies to meet overall performance goals. Requirements – Excellent English communication skills. (Must Have) – Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or business. (Must Have) – 4+ years of experience in a marketing role within a creative or digital agency and/or medium to large service-oriented company. (Must have) – Experience in the US apartment industry or US real estate is required. (Nice to have) – Experience in the multifamily industry or related fields is preferred. (Nice to have) – Familiarity with MarketZoho or Yardi software. (Nice to have) – Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and data management programs. – Knowledge of rental housing operations and real estate-related marketing concepts.
