Two border guards and a YSM fighter were lightly injured today (Friday) as a result of a riot in Givat Komi Uri, near Yitzhar. The fighters arrived at the scene to evacuate a building located in a closed military area, and encountered rioters who threw stones at them.

Police forces who arrived at the scene along with Civil Administration inspectors, entered Uri Komi Hill and began demolishing a caravan that had been placed on the hill in recent days and intended for the absorption of another family. It was also reported that in response to the riots, Border Police fired stun grenades and gas, when one of the residents was hit by a bullet soaked in the chest and was taken to the hospital in fair condition with suspected healthy bleeding.
