Girl Dies Mysteriously After Vaccination in Thanjavur
Thanjavur, India – In a tragic incident, a young girl died under mysterious circumstances after receiving vaccinations in Madigai, located in the Thanjavur district. The grieving parents, Satish Kumar and Geetha, have blamed the child’s vaccinations for her untimely demise.
The couple had taken their 10-month-old baby girl to the Anganwadi center in Thadharyur for her 10th-month vaccinations. However, shortly after receiving the inoculations, the child’s body reportedly became cold and her eyes remained motionless, leaving the concerned parents alarmed.
Fearing the worst, Satish Kumar and Geetha rushed their child to the Kasanaduputur Primary Health Centre. The doctors at the center attempted to treat her, but unfortunately, her condition did not improve. In a desperate bid to save their baby girl, a doctor accompanied the parents and the child in his car to the Thanjavur Raza Mirasudar Government Hospital.
Despite the best efforts of the medical staff at the government hospital, the child tragically passed away shortly after being admitted. This devastating loss has left the parents and their relatives distraught and seeking answers.
Angered by the tragic turn of events, the child’s parents and relatives staged a protest at the hospital, alleging negligence on the part of the doctors and demanding action be taken against them. They firmly believed that it was the doctors’ carelessness that resulted in their precious child’s death.
Thankfully, the West Police Station promptly intervened and engaged in talks with the parents and relatives to pacify the situation. Meanwhile, the police department has initiated an investigation into the incident to determine the exact cause of the baby girl’s death.
This heart-wrenching incident serves as a reminder of the importance of patient safety and the need for thorough investigations to ascertain the truth behind such cases. The grief-stricken parents can only hope that justice will be served and that no other family will have to endure the pain and loss they are currently experiencing.
