The cities of Narva-Jõesuu and Tartu Hoiu-laenuühistu invite you on Friday, 04.08.2023 from 10:00 to 17:00 for the Summer Day of Apartment Associations, which will be held in the large hall of Narva-Jõesuu Medical SPA (Aija 3, Narva-Jõesuu). The purpose of the event is to help apartment associations better manage their finances and find suitable financial solutions that will support their sustainability and help ensure the satisfaction and well-being of residents.
NB! The event will be held in Estonian with simultaneous translation into Russian. The event is FREE, but pre-registration is required.
The summer day is aimed at representatives of all apartment associations in Ida-Virumaa to provide valuable information and practical knowledge in the field of apartment association management, finding financial solutions, sustainable housing construction, energy efficiency and new technologies.
The program of the event includes diverse thematic blocks presented by experts in this field. You will be able to hear inspiring presentations, participate in discussions and exchange experiences. In addition, the event provides an excellent opportunity to create new contacts and expand the circle of contacts in the field of apartment associations.
The agenda of the day includes the following topics:
• Management and legislation in the field of apartment associations
• Financial management and funding opportunities
• Sustainable housing and energy efficiency
• Technologies and innovations in the management of housing associations
In addition to these topics, we also pay attention to the possibilities of mutual settlements with tenants and the search for financial solutions for apartment associations.
