Negotiations between the structures of entrepreneur Maksim Mayorets, Renova Viktor Vekselberg and Rostec on the sale of the Akado state corporation have entered the final phase, two sources familiar with the participants in the possible transaction told Vedomosti.
According to one of the sources, two scenarios are currently being discussed. Upon the sale of the first, Rostec will acquire 100% of the shares of Akado, one of the largest Moscow Internet providers, 51% of which is owned by Mayorets, 49% by Renova.
“The second, more likely scenario” involves the sale of 75% of the provider’s shares to Rostec – Mayorets will fully sell its stake, the remaining 24% – to Renova, he told Vedomosti. According to him, an estimate of 75% of about 5 billion rubles appeared during the negotiations. excluding debt.
