Surprising findings showed that Karnataka emerged as the leading state in terms of wealth amassed by its MLAs.
Topping the list is Karnataka’s Deputy Chief Minister Sivakumar, a member of the Congress party, who dazzled with an astronomical net worth of Rs 1,413 crore, making him the wealthiest MLA in the entire country. Sivakumar’s staggering wealth showcases his immense financial power.
Trailing behind Sivakumar and occupying the second spot is Puttasamy Gowda, an independent MLA representing Gauribidanur in Karnataka. Gowda’s assets were evaluated at an impressive Rs 1,267 crore, securing his position as one of the richest politicians in the nation.
