The Venezuelan singer Florentino Primera, in a transmission on his account on the Instragram social network, offered details about the family accident they suffered after a boat ride along the coast of Villa Marina, last July 19 in the Paraguaná Peninsula, Falcón state.

“It was a sinking of a peñero, it was not a shock, I always come to Paraguaná (…) the rough sea and the breeze caused a significant gust of waves to fall against the peñero, it was very fast, it sank, we drifted for a long time, I was with my son Rodrigo, with my cousin, my godson, Camilo, I was with Miguel David and Aníbal, the crew were two captains”, was part of what Florentino pointed out.
“The current took us far and the boat then sank, in a matter of minutes, it could have been a minute, we began to shipwreck and we lost sight (…) we began to float, I began to float and pray a lot, but there came a time when I was tired and although I did not lose faith, I only wanted my children to reach the shore,” he said.
Regarding the rescue, he reported that a fisherman saw his cousin and godson floating in a cave, “they were the first to rescue, and then they came for me, I don’t know how they found me, we were in the middle of the sea, then we went for the others.”
The artist explained that everyone was able to reach the shore, except his relative Miguel David, who remained shipwrecked for 12 hours.
“We were able to reach the shore, but except for one who was Miguel David, he lasted about 10 hours longer than us sinking, floating, face up as we taught him,” he said.
“It was a miracle from God, an act of faith that we reached the shore,” was part of what the artist pointed out in the video that ended with his children.
