Sony Thai Introduces New Telephoto Zoom Lens and Microphone
Sony Thai Company Limited has launched its latest products, the telephoto zoom lens FE 70-200mm F4 Macro G OSS II and the ECM-M1 Shotgun Microphone. The FE 70-200mm lens is a versatile lens that covers focal lengths from 70mm to 200mm and can be effectively used with 35mm full-frame Alpha cameras and cameras with E-mount. It features high-speed autofocus unique to the G Series lenses and is the first zoom lens to offer half-macro shooting throughout the entire zoom range, with a maximum magnification of 0.5x. Additionally, the lens can be paired with a teleconverter to capture super-telephoto shots of up to 400mm or shoot real 1:1 macro images. Sony’s commitment to supporting photographers and videographers is evident with the launch of its 50th full-frame E-mount lens.
The ECM-M1 Shotgun Microphone is a compact and flexible microphone that utilizes beamforming technology and advanced digital processing. It offers eight recording modes and delivers versatility and excellent sound quality in various situations. The microphone is packed with features such as noise-canceling filters and a low-cut filter to reduce ambient noise and vibration. It supports 4-channel recording for surround sound and can be easily attached to cameras through the Multi Interface Shoe.
The FE 70-200mm F4 Macro G OSS II lens is available for pre-order from July 21 to 30 at a price of 63,990 baht. Customers who pre-order during this period will receive special privileges such as an NP-FZ100 or NP-FW50 battery. The lens will be officially released on August 7. The ECM-M1 Shotgun Microphone will also be available on August 7 at a price of 13,990 baht.
