I said from the beginning that the main target of the new law “On Political Parties” is real opposition parties. The letters sent to the opposition parties regarding the 5,000 register clearly state this. There is no essential difference between the CEC’s information on the election results and the registry “checks” of the Ministry of Justice. Yesterday, letters were sent to both the People’s Front and Musavat parties about checking the signatures.

First, why don’t they accept the list of 5,000 party members on paper by signing the copy left in the party. Of course, there are additional challenges to faking on paper. There are additional reasons for this. We will return to this issue later.

Secondly, the People’s Front party submitted questionnaire data and signatures of 5315 party members to the Ministry of Justice. But in the information sent to the party after the inspection, it is mentioned that you have given the list of 5138 party members to ЕН. Apparently, 177 party members on the list have disappeared. Where have they gone?

Thirdly, in the reply of the Nationalist Party, it is stated that 3 of the party members mentioned in the list have died. Who are those 3 “deceased” people? If the ministry discloses their names, we will also mourn them.

Fourthly, the letter of the Ministry of Justice states that 119 people from the list are members of other parties, and information about 59 people is repeated. Who are these? If their names are revealed, the society and the Party leadership will become clear about “others” and “repetitions”. It is also not credible that 609 people stated that they are not members of the PFLP, because all the front-line workers whose names, signatures and questionnaire data were mentioned in the list were interviewed individually.

Fifthly, the ministry notes that the information about 2497 persons included in the register (name, surname, patronymic, date of birth) should be clarified as it is not indicated correctly. Of course, there may be technical inaccuracies in the survey data of 5-10 people. After all, everyone’s information is filled based on the identity cards issued by state authorities. How is it possible that the information of half of the party members listed in the list is incorrect? Are the errors in the survey data of 2497 party members not taken from the air? Who are they? If the ministry has clarified them, let them reveal their names, the errors in the questionnaire data, and let the party know whose “errors” in the data should be corrected. In other words, MOST errors should not be abstract, but specific and targeted.

People’s Front is a mass party. If the ministry wants, the People’s Front will bring all the party members whose names have been crossed out in the list before the People’s Front. Over the past 5 years, the number of front-line fighters of the People’s Front has passed through the penal institutions under the ministry is more than 5 thousand. If the Ministry does not register the People’s Front, then it should switch to a one-party system. Because which party in this country can pass the register in the registry where the Front is not received? After all, all the chib parties sheltered under the wing of the government together are not the size of a district organization of the People’s Front.
