The Stockholm Police Authority has announced a job opening for a Requirements Analyst – UI in the IT department. The position aims to develop systems that increase security and reduce crime in Sweden. The deadline to apply for the job is August 24, 2023.

The IT department of the Stockholm Police Authority is responsible for all IT services provided by the authority and consists of over 1,000 employees. As a Requirements Analyst – UI, the successful candidate will work in the National Intelligence System group. The group is responsible for new development, management, and support of digital tools and applications. The goal is to provide the police intelligence service with the best possible IT support in detecting and preventing serious organized criminal activities.

The work environment for the Requirements Analyst – UI is agile and characterized by high commitment and drive. The analyst will work closely with various stakeholders, leading and coordinating the development of both functional and non-functional requirements. Additionally, the position requires an interest in developing and designing user interfaces (UI).

Qualifications for the role include a relevant academic degree or vocational training, along with work experience in leading requirements work and process mapping in a complex environment. Proficiency in Swedish language, both spoken and written, is essential. Swedish citizenship is also required. Knowledge and experience in agile ways of working, user interface design, WCAG and accessibility in digital products, IT architecture, and web or system development are advantageous.
