Shake Shack’s new branch has entered Kwai Fong Metroplaza! This time the branch has a pet-friendly outdoor area, and customers who bring their dogs along with them will get special dog treats when they buy any products. In addition, the first 100 customers on the opening day will also receive an exclusive T-shirt and a bucket hat. There is also a DIY area on site where you can hot-stamp stickers on hats to create a unique style.
This new store is the eighth branch of Shake Shack in Hong Kong. In addition to the indoor dining space covering an area of 1,200 square feet, there is also an outdoor dining area of 800 square feet that can accommodate 44 guests. The new store specially invites Reana Bachiller, a Filipino illustrator who lives in Hong Kong, to cooperate with him to create a rich color for the restaurant, and add a giant mural of Kwai Tsing landmarks and pet patterns to add vitality to the restaurant.

When you bring your pet to the new store and purchase any food or drink, the restaurant will give you a copy of Pooch-ini, a dog snack made of dog biscuits and special ice cream, which means that the owner can have a meal with the pet! In addition, the new store will donate 5% of Shack Attack’s daily operating income to the “Charities for the Protection of Animals” to support them in improving the living environment of animals in Hong Kong.
The new store has a “Y’appy Hour” event every day, and every customer who brings their pets and patronizes food or drinks will be given a dog snack Pooch-ini made of dog biscuits and special ice cream.
On the opening day, the first 100 customers of the new store will receive an exclusive Shake Shack Metropolitan store T-shirt and a fisherman hat. You can also stamp your favorite stickers on the hat in the DIY area on site to create a unique personal style.
The two exclusive gifts are inspired by the murals in the store, and Shake Shack fans must collect them.
The popular BBQ series menu, which was launched earlier, will return to all Shake Shack branches in Hong Kong from now until October 10. The dishes are inspired by the barbecue-style special sauces of the American store, combined with 3 classic foods of the brand, and launched BBQ Shack Meister Burger ($64), BBQ Chicken Shack ($58) and BBQ Bacon Cheese Fries ($45).
