A man, whose name has not been released, was arrested in the safe room, stealing from a pharmacy, from the Pague Menos network, in the Guanandi neighborhood, in Campo Grande. The case took place early this Tuesday (25).
According to the PM (Military Police), the Tactical Force team was called by the security guard responsible for monitoring the establishment when he noticed the presence of the suspect inside the store. The thief was arrested in the vault room with the money he had stolen.
According to Sejusp (Secretary of Justice and Public Security), from January until now, 9,823 thefts were recorded in Campo Grande police stations, 14% less compared to the same period last year, when 11,479 crimes of this nature were recorded. The month with the highest record of thefts was in January, with 1,695 cases, a period when many people usually go on vacation.
